Veterinary Practice Manager
to support our team and oversee hospital operations during this exciting stage of growth.

, customer service, and staff management. You will partner closely with hospital ownership and medical leadership to support operational efficiency, team development, and hospital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Veterinary Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, supervise, and support veterinarians, technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
- Create staff schedules that ensure proper coverage across all hospital departments.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and client-focused work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and lead training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Organize staff meetings, CE opportunities, and communication updates.
Veterinary Hospital Operations
- Oversee daily operations including workflow, patient flow, inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, DEA, and all veterinary regulatory standards.
- Support hospital renovation and expansion projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Implement systems to improve efficiency, patient care, and staff satisfaction.
Client Service & Communication
- Ensure delivery of exceptional client service across all touchpoints.
- Address client concerns and support effective communication between clients and medical staff.
