General Manager

Join a growing franchise automotive group led by a visionary ownership team committed to excellence and expansion. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced General Manager / Vice President to lead Winchester Mitsubishi, one of Virginia's leading dealerships, into its next phase of growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Executive Leadership & Strategy
• Financial Performance & P&L Oversight
• Sales Department Leadership
• Fixed Operations (Service & Parts)

• F&I Department Oversight

• Lead and manage all dealership operations to achieve profitability, volume, and CSI goals.

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
• Develop and monitor monthly financial statements, reviewing performance against NADA benchmarks.
• Ensure strict compliance with Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board regulations, NADA accounting standards, and manufacturer policies.
• Drive a performance culture recruit, train, and mentor department managers to exceed KPIs.
• Optimize used car inventory turns, service retention, and F&I performance.
• Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction and community reputation.
• Work directly with ownership to strategize and execute business growth initiatives.
• Full P&L responsibility across all departments.
• Lead Sales, Service, Parts, F&I, and Accounting managers to hit monthly KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy of NADA financial statements and operational benchmarks.
• Improve sales volume, gross profit, service retention, and CSI.
• Oversee inventory, used-car operations, reconditioning, and digital retailing.
• Enforce Virginia dealer compliance (deal jackets, titles, advertising, FTC rules).
• Recruit, train, and hold all staff accountable to performance standards.
• Protect and enhance dealership reputation and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $200, $320,000.00 per year

Experience:

• General Manager : 5 years (Preferred)

• NADA Academy General Manager: 1 year (Required)
