Role Overview
We are seeking a
Product Manager – Event and Community
to lead the strategy, design, and execution of community-driven initiatives and event experiences. This role bridges product thinking, AI innovation, and human connection to build scalable systems for engagement, education, and collaboration across global stakeholders.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, community, and sustainability—capable of turning vision into structured, data-informed execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap
for community and event platforms, aligning design, engineering, and content teams toward shared outcomes. - Design and optimize
end-to-end event experiences, from registration to post-event engagement, using AI-driven tools for personalization and analytics. - Collaborate cross-functionally
with AI engineers, designers, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of community and event functions within ETHIS's ecosystem. - Develop and track key performance metrics
to measure engagement, conversion, and impact. - Identify and onboard strategic partners
across academia, startups, and industry to grow the ETHIS network. - Foster community engagement
by managing user journeys, nurturing online and offline communities, and ensuring feedback loops are active and actionable. - Innovate and experiment
with AI-assisted workflows, such as content curation, event automation, and network insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
Product Management
(3–7 years) or relevant experience in event technology, community operations, or digital engagement. - Strong background in
AI/ML-driven products
,
platform ecosystems
, or
community-oriented digital tools
. - Exceptional
project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment
skills. - Proficiency with tools such as
Notion, Luma, Airtable, or HubSpot
, and an understanding of analytics and engagement platforms. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced, global, mission-driven environment
. - Passion for
ethical AI, sustainability, and community-building
.
