Location: Logan Health Medical Center & Logan Health Whitefish
Schedule: Full-Time | Primarily Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary)
About the Role
Logan Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative (PAR) – to support both our Logan Health Medical Center (LHMC) and Logan Health Whitefish (LHW) locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and enjoys variety in their workday. As a float, you'll have the opportunity to support multiple registration desks, occasionally in the same day, and gain valuable experience across departments. You'll play an essential role in creating a positive first impression for patients and visitors, ensuring each registration experience is accurate, efficient, and compassionate.
What You'll Do
Perform all standard Patient Access Representative duties at various registration desks.
Greet and assist patients, verify insurance and demographic information, and ensure accurate data entry.
Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Support coverage needs between Whitefish and Kalispell as assigned.
Occasionally provide night-shift coverage, as needed.
Schedule & Travel
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (varies based on coverage needs)
Primary Shift: Day shift, with occasional night coverage if needed
Weekends/Holidays: May be required depending on department needs
Travel: Minimal — limited to travel between LHW and LHMC

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in registration, customer service, or healthcare preferred
