Construction Foreman

BrookContracting is a growing construction company specializing in residential and/or commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our crews and ensure high-quality work on every job site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews on daily tasks

• Coordinate job site scheduling, deliveries, and subcontractors

• Ensure all work meets company standards and project specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scope documents

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Report project progress and issues to management

• Train new workers and assist with hands-on labor as needed

• Enforce safety rules and company policies

• Have some experience with JobTread application ( Preferred )

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, concrete, or general construction

• Ability to read blueprints and project plans

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to problem-solve on the job and keep projects on schedule

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

• Must be able to travel 90% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running small crews

• OSHA certification (not required but a plus)
