Associate Attorney, Litigation

BergaLaw, PA is seeking an associate with 1 to 3 years of commercial litigation experience to join our firm. Practice includes full-service litigation including commercial, construction, real estate, creditor's rights, insurance and probate.

Associate will research and draft pleadings and motions, attend hearings and depositions and assist litigation team in case and client management.

Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• Licensed Florida Bar
• Completion of Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Solid communication skills and resourcefulness required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
