We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cashiering and retail math calculations.
• Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving food items at bar or banquet events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events like nightclubs or catering functions.

Skills

• Proven experience in food industry settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in brewing or beverage crafting is a plus; previous restaurant or retail experience is highly valued.
