Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time BCBA for our Colonial Heights clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about high-quality ABA services, enjoys collaborating with a strong clinical team, and wants to make a meaningful difference for children with autism and their families.

You will manage a reasonable caseload, receive strong administrative and leadership support, and be part of a mission-driven organization committed to clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee ABA therapy delivered by RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and clinical guidance
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
• Lead parent training and collaborate with families
• Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development
• Support a positive, ethical, and evidence-based clinical culture
