As a
Techno-Functional Program Manager
, you will make an impact by acting as a strategic partner to customer leadership teams, driving business outcomes through technology-led solutions. You will be a valued member of our delivery team and collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure successful execution of complex programs.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead strategic discussions on technology roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and delivery excellence.
- Provide architectural and technical guidance across multiple programs, driving adoption of modern engineering practices, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Perform due diligence assessments, estimation, and governance while offering consulting services on automation solutions and frameworks.
- Mentor teams and troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging hands-on automation engineering experience.
- Propose innovative solutions and strategies that deliver sustainable ROI benefits for clients.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in program management roles.
- Proven experience in strategic partnership and executive stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience as an automation engineer, with ability to provide architectural and technical guidance.
- Expertise in driving transformation initiatives and delivering thought leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
These will help you stand out
- Domain expertise in Healthcare Claims.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and advanced AI concepts.
- Experience in building and enhancing test automation frameworks, service virtualization, and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
- Ability to create innovative automation strategies and frameworks that deliver measurable business value.

Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until December 20th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $96,750 to $153,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
