Job Summary
The Business Analyst will serve as a strategic bridge between UCP Heartland senior leaders and operational teams. This role is responsible for analyzing data, evaluating business processes, and identifying opportunities to elevate UCP Heartland's programs from good to great . The Business Analyst will assist cross-functional teams in developing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and ensure all clients receive extraordinary care.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insights
- Collect, model, and analyze data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
- Map current workflows and conduct gap analyses.
- Recommend optimized solutions to increase productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Partner with teams across operations, finance, marketing, and other departments to support alignment and mutual understanding.
- Create dashboards and tools that allow teams to monitor KPIs, highlight potential issues, and support extraordinary client care.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop actionable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Communication & Facilitation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business structures, financial modeling, and strategic goal alignment; familiarity with industry-specific contexts.
- Detail Orientation & Project Management: Skilled in creating clear documentation, managing multiple projects, and delivering end-to-end initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, and collaborating with operational teams and senior leaders to develop long-term sustainable solutions.
