As we expand across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and surrounding markets, we are seeking a driven Store Manager who wants to grow with us and help shape the future of our company.

Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, driving sales, developing staff, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional Total Wireless experience. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to execute at a high level in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Achieve and exceed all store KPIs, including:
  • Gross Activations (GA)
  • Multi-line conversions
  • Device sales
  • Accessory attach rate
  • Autopay enrollment
  • Device protection
  • Home Internet activations
  • Retention Rates
  • Set daily sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Coach sales associates on selling techniques, customer service, and objection handling.
  • Lead local marketing, outreach efforts, and in-store promotions.

Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, safe procedures, and time-delay safe compliance.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and shrink control.
  • Oversee all opening and closing duties.
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Promote a positive, results-driven team culture.
  • Create and manage weekly work schedules.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to Total Wireless/Verizon operational standards and policies.
  • Maintain HR documentation and state employment compliance.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ownership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (wireless preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer experience execution.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus.
