Job Summary

Duties

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper cleaning techniques to ensure food safety standards are met
• Sanitize all kitchen and dining areas regularly to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist servers by bussing tables during turnaround times.
• Maintain organization of dishware, utensils, and cleaning supplies in designated areas
• Ability to stock and arrange drinks and other food items.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, chairs, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks smoothly and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to uphold sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is a plus
• Previous experience in catering, hotel service, or the food industry is advantageous but not required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
• A proactive approach with good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
