We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Senior Director in either our New York Office or Irving Office to lead and enhance to take our ERP business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

This Senior Director role is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of ERP projects, transforming the existing legacy ERP support structure into a modern, scalable delivery organization capable of supporting new ERP projects and clients.

The Senior Director will lead multiple ERP development projects simultaneously, ensure high-quality deliverables, manage resources effectively, and drive operational excellence. This position will work closely with the ERP Sales Vice President to align business development and delivery execution, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Mission: Lead ERP development organization reform, improve delivery capability, and contribute to the overall growth of SCSK USA's ERP business.

The right candidate will possess:

  • Hands-on management approach, capable of both guiding the team and diving into operational challenges.

  • Collaborative and open-minded attitude, working effectively with both Japan HQ and the U.S. local team.
  • Flexible and adaptive personality suited to a smaller, fast-moving U.S. organization environment.
  • Ability to inspire, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Proven management experience overseeing a business division or large-scale technical team, including budgeting, performance evaluation, and staff development.
  • Strong ERP domain knowledge (SAP preferred; Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics also acceptable).
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple ERP projects concurrently with full QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) accountability.
  • Experience in organizational transformation or delivery model reform within IT or ERP-related business.
  • Expertise in project and resource management, including allocation, scheduling, and partner/vendor coordination.
  • Business acumen with the ability to formulate and execute business strategies, annual budgets, and performance reports.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with experience handling customers, partners, and internal executives.
  • Understanding of ERP solution architecture, application development, and system integration.
  • Competency in preparing business proposals, presentations, and supporting pre-sales activities.
  • Practical experience in HR-related functions such as hiring, evaluation, salary review, and organizational restructuring.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
  • Any ERP-related or IT leadership certifications

Salary Range:

· k (TX)

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to qualification, work experience, training, education, and skill level. The above hiring range represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Pay: $125, $165,000.00 per year
