What You'll Do

• Lead daily shifts with professionalism and a guest-first mindset
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Support and coach FOH team members
• Ensure strong guest satisfaction and smooth shift operations
• Handle basic cash controls and shift reporting
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Learn purchasing, inventory, and scheduling as you advance

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Strong communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, organized, and composed under pressure
• Excited to grow into a higher leadership role
• Open availability, including weekends
