Job Title: Senior Full Stack Frontend Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus
to lead the development of high-performance, elegant, and intelligent user experiences across our AI-powered web applications. Reporting to the
Director of ML & Platform Engineering
, this role will work closely with product, design, and AI research teams to bring cutting-edge ideas to life and redefine how users interact with intelligent systems.

While frontend excellence is core to this role, you'll also be comfortable contributing across the stack when needed to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the
  end-to-end development
  of highly interactive, performant, and polished user experiences across the frontend and supporting backend services.
• Lead frontend architecture while contributing selectively to backend systems that power AI-driven workflows.
• Partner closely with product and design to translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Make thoughtful trade-offs between functionality, polish, and delivery speed, shipping quickly to validate user value.
• Define and uphold best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend architecture.
• Integrate AI capabilities into seamless, human-centered user interactions.
• Implement analytics and feedback loops to measure impact and guide iteration.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity through strong CI/CD practices and testing frameworks.
• Evolve the design system and component library to ensure consistency, scalability, and rapid product development.
