DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Provide mid-level technical support and troubleshooting for all versions of Windows clients including minor server support
  • Troubleshoot and support of Microsoft Active Directory and all related services including Microsoft Office365, SharePoint and related cloud technologies;
  • Provide assistance with Client Projects ranging from hardware and/or software installations and upgrade deployments, etc.
  • Provide support for multiple on-premise and cloud-based network environments;
  • Provide consistent work quality in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines;
  • Create/Update documentation in support of client environments as needed;
  • Provide timely and accurate progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on client satisfaction;
  • Utilize ticketing system to initiate, track and manage all support issues;

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology;
  • Individual must possess good hardware, operating system and troubleshooting skills;
  • Strong oral, client relation and written communication skills;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task;
  • Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Azure certifications are a plus;
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools;
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail;

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Employee must have his/her own transportation;
  • Employee must be available for full-time employment;
  • Up to 50% travel to on-site clients
  • Mileage reimbursement for any travel to clients

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
