Position Overview:

As a Cook at Hill Donut Co., you'll work alongside a dedicated kitchen crew preparing fresh donuts, breakfast items, and signature specialties from scratch. We need someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep and cook menu items according to recipe specs and portion standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout your shift
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
• Ensure every item meets our quality and presentation standards
• Follow all sanitation guidelines and health code regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Prior line or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
