We're seeking a dynamic team player with an analytical mindset, an eye for detail, excellent prioritization skills, unwavering reliability, and outstanding communication abilities. Accelerate Your Career as You:

Process new and refill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

Investigate unpaid claims and resolve issues.

Ensure accurate entry of insurance information.

Communicate with physicians for patient care continuity.

Investigate previously approved prescriptions with rejection status.

Collaborate with team members for patient care.

Perform patient benefit verification when necessary.

Salary: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Rotating weekends

No face-to-face interactions with patients

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Pharmacy Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) (Required)

Texas State Board of Pharmacy License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
