Your Role on Our Dream Team:

As an LPN at Arbutus Park Manor, you'll be a daily hero, delivering top-notch nursing care to our residents and supporting their overall well-being. Your compassion and clinical skills will bring comfort, dignity, and joy to those who need it most.

Here's what you'll be doing (and rocking):

Administer medications and treatments like a pro

Keep a close eye on residents' health and communicate changes
Help with daily activities — think smiles, support, and companionship
Document care with accuracy and professionalism
Team up with nurses, aides, and families to craft excellent care plans

Educate residents and loved ones on health and wellness

What You Bring to the Table:

Current LPN license (State of PA)
Experience in geriatrics or long-term care = a big plus
Infection control & aseptic technique know-how

A heart full of empathy and a mind ready to learn
Strong communication skills — team spirit is a must
