Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter role located in Apex, NC. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, engaging, and selecting top talent. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and providing a positive hiring experience. The role will also involve fostering relationships with candidates and clients, building talent pipelines, and ensuring placements align with organizational goals and culture.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and sourcing expertise, including experience with talent acquisition strategies and candidate relationship management
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and selection skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals and delivering exceptional results
• Understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment; ideally in an agency or corporate recruiting setting
