Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your ability to handle inquiries, process data accurately, and upsell products or services will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with strong communication skills, will be highly valued to serve our diverse client base effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage and update customer information accurately through data entry systems.
  • Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Support multilingual customers by utilizing language skills in English and Spanish to ensure clear understanding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience with CRM or similar customer management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
