Lumonus is expanding into the US and following our recent Series B, we are hiring a
Technology Operations Lead
to become our primary technical operations presence in the region as we look to expand our SAAS products within the US region.

This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of
customer onboarding, SaaS product operations, and internal IT
.

You'll work directly with customer IT teams, Project Managers, Product & Clinical Success, and Sales to ensure secure, reliable deployment of our platform into oncology clinics and health systems.

You'll also own internal IT operations for our US staff and help build the foundation of our new US technical team, connecting them to our engineering organisation in Australia and shaping the culture as we grow.

This role will require some interstate travel and occasional travel to Australia.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage technical onboarding of our Products with customer IT teams: VPNs, accounts firewalls, connectivity, and deployment readiness.
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for SaaS incidents in the US, working closely with our new Reliability Engineering team in the US and the Australian Software and Platform engineering teams
  • Oversee M365, Intune, identity systems, endpoint devices, MSP performance, and internal IT operations for the US region working closely with the Australian IT Ops team
  • Provide pre-sales technical input to Sales and Product Success (requirements, connectivity plans, feasibility, security reviews).
  • Support and help grow the emerging US Reliability & Engineering team; build culture, standards, and cross-regional alignment with the Australian Product Engineering teams.

What you will bring

  • 10+ years in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering
  • Experience in SAAS StartUp / ScaleUps is a must
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, identity management, and end-user compute.
  • Proven ability to manage MSPs and vendors, ensuring performance, accountability, and high service quality.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and operating in regulated environments.
  • Positive and constructive, you bring energy and enthusiasm to what you do, elevating the room (even in Zoom)
  • High adaptability: comfortable operating across multiple time zones, shifting priorities, and evolving customer needs.
  • A natural drive for continual improvement, always looking for ways to improve processes, reliability, onboarding, and internal operations.

Bonus:
AWS experience, application support experience and healthcare or regulated industry experience

Compensation: Base Salary $140k-190k depending on experience and location.
