Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex building initiatives, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. As a pivotal member of our construction team, you will utilize your expertise in project management, construction estimating, scheduling, and site supervision to drive successful project outcomes. Your leadership will ensure seamless communication among stakeholders, contractors, and clients while maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases align with project goals and client expectations.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and work is performed efficiently.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely procurement of materials.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, progress reports, and schedule updates; address any delays or issues proactively.
- Ensure quality standards are met by conducting site inspections and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), safety reports, and daily logs.
- Facilitate effective project coordination among all team members to meet deadlines while managing scope changes or unforeseen challenges efficiently.
Requirements
- 2 years proven experience in the Pool Construction and Paving Industry; prior site supervision experience is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
