Job Description: You will be working from our office supporting our customers remotely across the Chicago metropolitan area. This will include user issues in our helpdesk and project based work. You will be working with a great team that will support your learning and development. We also provide vendor based training for many of the core products we use with our customers.

Some commonly used products are: Cisco Enterprise Switching, Sophos Cybersecurity suite, Proxmox, VMware, O365, Intune, 3cx, Synology, Ruckus, Keeper, Veeam, Duo.

You will need at minimum proficiency troubleshooting workstations and network connectivity.

This is in person only. You need to be here in our office collaborating with our team and learning. Professionalism and customer service is important. You will be representing us in front of our customers.

Salary based on experience, certifications, and previous training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
