We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner who is either experienced in or passionate about family practice, hormone optimization, and weight management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships, practicing preventive care, and helping patients transform their health.

Position: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Schedule: 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a family practice setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct consultations for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including reviewing labs and optimizing treatment plans
• Manage medical weight-loss patients, including medication protocols and follow-up visits
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (AthenaHealth EMR experience a plus)
• Provide patient education, support, and follow-up as needed
• Participate in team communication, patient care planning, and quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Indiana
• Experience or strong interest in family practice, hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight loss
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Experience with AthenaHealth EMR is preferred but not required
