• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive Pay: $35–$45 per hour (DOE)

• Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Assign tasks and guide apprentice installers-building their skills and confidence
• Complete system installations in line with company standards and local code
• Ensure all ductwork, PVC drain lines, and components are sealed and installed properly
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Report equipment or job-site issues promptly to management

• Valid driver's license and clean, insurable record
• Universal EPA Certification
• Minimum 4 years of HVAC installation experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• A passion for quality, craftsmanship, and doing the job right
