Job Title: Marketing Manager -SEO

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)
Preference: EST/CST (not mandatory)
Duration: 6 Months

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities SEM Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign planning, strategy, forecasting, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage pacing, weekly campaign insights, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategy, and budget allocation.
  • Identify test-and-learn opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams on measurement, tagging, and reporting.

SEO Responsibilities

  • Support monthly and quarterly organic search reporting with senior managers.
  • Perform on-page optimization including meta titles and descriptions.
  • Identify keyword gaps, SERP changes, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage keyword portfolios using SEO tools (SEMRush, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc.).
  • Support new content development and provide SEO insights based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with technical SEO partners on web implementation.

Integrated Search (SEO + SEM)

  • Identify alignment opportunities across both channels.
  • Share keyword insights and coordinate messaging.
  • Provide ad-hoc search competitor insights.
  • Utilize internal automation and AI tools for deeper data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of marketing experience.
  • 3+ years hands-on SEM experience (planning → execution → optimization).
  • 3+ years hands-on SEO experience including content optimization and understanding of HTML elements impacting SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO platforms such as SEMRush, seoClarity, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc.
  • Experience using paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 preferred).
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • Strong ability to translate complex SEO/SEM data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • General understanding of AI impacts on search.

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
