You'll treat patients the way you were trained to treat them — one at a time, with your hands on, for 30 minutes per session. No double-booking. No running between rooms. No productivity quotas that force you to cut corners.

This is a dual-role opportunity: you'll carry an orthopedic caseload from day one while building our pelvic floor physical therapy program from the ground up. If you want to treat ortho and develop a specialty program with real ownership, this is it.

The Role

You'll split your time between two priorities:

Orthopedic Outpatient (Primary — Immediate)

Carry a full ortho caseload from day one. Our population is younger, active, motivated — athletes, weekend warriors, professionals who don't want to slow down. You'll use manual therapy and evidence-based exercise prescription to get them back to what they love.

Pelvic Floor Program Development (Secondary — Build Over Time)

You'll develop our pelvic floor program from scratch. This means building referral relationships with OB-GYNs and urogynecologists, creating patient education materials, and growing a caseload over 6-12 months. We'll support you — but you need to own it.

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed PT in Virginia (or license-eligible)

• Pelvic floor training or certification (or strong commitment to complete it)

• Solid orthopedic foundation — comfortable with a mixed caseload

• Entrepreneurial mindset — you see building a program as opportunity, not burden

• Coachable — our mentorship only works if you want to learn
