Property Manager

Position Summary:
The Property Manager ensures that Hart District Management properties are maintained in the best physical condition possible while delivering exceptional service to residents. This role oversees daily operations, maintenance, inspections, vendor management, and team leadership, ensuring timely completion of all service requests in alignment with company policies, standards, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring facilities meet safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and janitorial staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Manage service request prioritization and resolution.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor and contractor work, ensuring quality, budget, and compliance.
• Oversee unit turnovers to meet occupancy timelines.
• Execute and monitor preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance and facility updates.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained.
• Lead by example in following safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Work Environment:
Work is performed indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions. May require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
