Project Manager
. This growing GC has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality projects in
medical facilities, K–12, and other commercial sectors.
As their portfolio continues to expand, they are adding key leadership roles to support their continued growth and commitment to excellence. They did $40M in revenue this year and have a $90M backlog.

This
Project Manager
is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on self-performed work, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90k-$115k salary + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning schedule, budget, and quality outcomes
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Oversee bidding, procurement, submittals, and scope coordination for negotiated and hard-bid work
• Coordinate with owners, internal teams, subcontractors, and self-perform crews to keep projects moving efficiently
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure safety, code compliance, and quality standards
• Provide clear project updates and approvals using estimating, project management, and accounting software
