We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will be involved in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with staff and external partners. Frequent lifting and moving of materials may be required, and adherence to strict safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE, is mandatory.
