As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, and shipping goods, ensuring the accurate and timely flow of inventory. This role is vital for maintaining our high standards of product handling and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to operate various warehouse machinery and tools, following all guidelines to ensure your Safety and the Safety of others. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent Lifting of items, with capacities up to 50 pounds, and requires physical stamina. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all Safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and Lifting techniques.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and Safety best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols and PPE requirements.
