Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against order details.
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using scanners and order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent scanning and system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and supply chain process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order fulfillment software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of logistics best practices and warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- A desire to learn and grow within the logistics field.
