We are looking for a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our energetic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using scanning equipment or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and quantity.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment, ensuring correct destination information.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to handle moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and supply chain logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and accident prevention.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
