We are looking for energetic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for dispatch. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for safe transit. Our work environment emphasizes Safety, and all team members are expected to strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical dexterity and the capacity for consistent Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Verify order contents against picking lists to maintain accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all company Safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Wear and use all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Meet performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Support the smooth functioning of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 35 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with logistics principles is advantageous.
