Become a key player in our Omaha, Nebraska operations as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is essential for the success of our logistics chain, ensuring that orders are processed with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. Our warehouse environment is dynamic and requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent service. Safety is our utmost concern, so strict adherence to all safety regulations and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position involves active work, including frequent Lifting and moving of items. Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and item condition.
- Operate order picking equipment as trained.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent put-away and stock management.
- Keep workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Follow all warehouse Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Meet productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Support the efficient flow of goods through the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, up to 40 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
