We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse operations in Orlando, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the forefront of preparing customer orders for shipment. This role involves picking products accurately, packing them securely, and ensuring that all outgoing orders meet our quality standards. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy is essential. We prioritize safety above all else, and you will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols. This includes safe lifting techniques and awareness of your surroundings. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and maintain an organized workspace. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean fulfillment area.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
