Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanning technology.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to Safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
- Follow all Safety protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Understand and apply proper Lifting techniques to ensure personal and team Safety.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing.
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
