Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications using scanners.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with stock rotation and replenishment as needed.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate pallet jacks or other manual equipment as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
