We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and safe working environment. Attention to detail is crucial as you'll be handling inventory, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to perform manual tasks, and committed to upholding high standards of productivity and quality. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Retrieve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (if applicable).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
