Job Summary:
Join our growing e-commerce fulfillment center in Seattle, Washington, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to play a vital role in our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. This role is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will be navigating our warehouse, utilizing scanning technology, and carefully handling products to ensure they reach their destination in perfect condition. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe work environment, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, is strictly enforced. This position involves considerable standing, walking, and the ability to perform lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy at each stage of the fulfillment process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
  • Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to supervision.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs repetitively.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse functions.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
