Our dynamic logistics company in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a meticulous and organized Receiving Clerk to join our busy warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inbound shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and documenting all incoming goods. You will verify shipment contents against purchase orders, identify any discrepancies or damages, and properly allocate received items to their designated storage areas. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE . Daily tasks involve some physical exertion, including occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and be part of a growing logistics operation.
