Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Process and store inventory in designated areas.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items accurately.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
- Assist in managing stock levels and conducting inventory counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support distribution operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.
