Über
Ideal candidate: Technical Business Analyst with strong DevOps experience, familiar with tools such as Nexus/Sonatype, CI/CD & Jenkins, and Ansible. Must have:
+5 years of experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech.
Independent worker with a “can do” attitude, quick learning, and strong ownership.
Proven problem‑solving and adaptability – root cause analysis, incident troubleshooting, and solution development.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with team and stakeholders.
Knowledge of IT controls and best practice.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
Process improvement expertise – mapping, documenting, and analysing process flows for automation within a DevOps context.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Familiarity with database concepts and ability to query & analyse data.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
Experience with M&A, integrations, or divestitures is a plus.
