As a Sales Advisor, it is your role to create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. Assisting with the daily operational running of the store, you are customer focused, working as part of an amazing and supportive team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store. Contract and Hours
Contracted Hours: 10 per week. Contract Type: Permanent. Pay Rate: £8.81 - £13.04 per hour. What You Will Do
Greet customers and give great service by listening to their needs. Provide advice to customers on their perfume choices as we are proud to be the perfume experts. Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets. Assist with training and development (we’ll make sure you get all the training you need). Enjoy incentives, prizes and recognition for success. Offer every customer a free reward card to maximise future offers and potential savings. What You Will Bring

Commission at Christmas based on store sales and the number of hours worked. Regular hours and a rota delivered at least four weeks in advance. 30 days holiday pro rata depending on contract hours. 20% off perfume and access to any customer offers.
