We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our logistics operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is key to maintaining the smooth flow of inventory and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. A strong focus on safety is paramount, and all associates must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanning equipment.
- Pack orders with care to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Uphold all safety standards and consistently wear required PPE.
- Perform regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts and stock checks.
