As a Distribution Center Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our diverse customer base. We emphasize adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center using established procedures.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper load balancing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
