Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that support the entire supply chain, from receiving to shipping. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), and maintain a clean and organized workspace. A strong emphasis is placed on safety ; adherence to all protocols and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. This role is integral to our logistics operations and requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of heavy items. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate pallet jacks and potentially other warehouse machinery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Support the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
  • Perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and utilizing PPE .
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
