Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing transaction data.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages to management.
- Ensure the proper receiving, storage, and shipping of all goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient inventory management and movement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting and operate warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
