Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing transaction data.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages to management.
  • Ensure the proper receiving, storage, and shipping of all goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient inventory management and movement.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting and operate warehouse equipment.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
