Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Understand and support overall logistics operations.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including prolonged standing and walking.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
