As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Participate in regular inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding the use of PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
  • Understand and support overall logistics operations.
  • Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including prolonged standing and walking.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
